Iris Scott " Wave Avenue" Critique
This photo is named "Wave avenue" by Iris Scott. This photo was finger painted with various colors. The photo really poops out and catches your eyes. It uses very bright colors which makes the painting even better. you can tell the picture is during fall time with all the leaves falling down and the color of the leaves.
This is a beautiful little girl walking through a valley filled with trees. She is walking through wit leaves coming down which is most likely fall. She holds an umbrella in her hand to keep the leaves away and out of her face. The umbrella really sticks out with the light blue because it does not contrast with any of the other colors.
This picture has a vanishing point which makes it even better. It shows you where the painting is going. The colors all come together to make the picture perfect and fit. the autumn theme with the color of the leaves just makes the picture horrendous and exciting.
This picture really caught my eye wit the colors. I chose this picture because of the scene of fall and how all the colors come together to make a fantastic picture. Also i like how the artist used vanishing point to show the viewers where the picture was going. If you notice theirs one thing in the picture that really sticks out, the umbrella. When do you ever see someone using an umbrella to block away leaves, the artist put the umbrella in the painting to add a touch.
